Find help and support for adults in North Lincolnshire. Includes getting out and about, keeping your independence, and care needs.
People stay healthier and happier for longer when they can help themselves, or when they have the support of friends, family or their community. Some people do require more, specialist support and this is enabled through the council or partners to enhance the help they already get. We also support carers, recognising the importance of their own wellbeing and resilience alongside those of the person they care for. Everything we do together is to enable people stay in their own homes, families, jobs and communities.
