The 2019 Armed Forces Day event will be on Saturday 22 June from 11am to 5pm at Brumby Hall Sports Ground, Scunthorpe.
Cllr Elaine Marper, North Lincolnshire Armed Forces Champion, said:
“This year we supported the North Lincolnshire Armed Forces Event to honour our armed forces, past and present. It was also a celebration of 100 years since World War One and the RAF Centenary, and thousands of people attended this event.
“We look forward to continuing to support our armed forces and families by working with the new committee, which has been created to organise the event for 2019. A range of organisations from across North Lincolnshire have come together to play their part in North Lincolnshire Armed Forces Day to help ensure it is a special event.
“Armed Forces Day gives us all the chance to show our support for the men and women who have served or are serving in the armed forces, along with their families and cadets.”
