Traffic regulation orders - notifications

Our recent traffic regulation orders (TRO) are listed on this page and they will be effective from the dates shown.

You must make an application to the High Court within six weeks of the date the order was made to question the validity of an order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with.

Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2015 (Atherton Way/Europa Way, Brigg) (Experimental Amendment) Order 2016

 This order comes into effect on 19 December 2016 for an experimental period of 18 months.

 This order will come into effect on 4 September 2017 for an experimental period of 18 months.

The North Lincolnshire (Various Streets) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2015 (Gurnell Street, Scunthorpe (Church of England Primary School) (Experimental Amendment) Order 2016.

This order came into effect on 24 June 2016 for an experimental period of 18 months.

The North Lincolnshire Borough Council  (Lincoln Castle Way, New Holland) (Prohibition of verges and footways parking) (Experimental) Order 2016

This order prohibits parking on the footway and verges along Lincoln Castle Way in New Holland. It is an experimental order for a period of 18 months from 4 November 2016.

The North Lincolnshire Borough Council (Scawby and Sturton) (Prohibition of verges and footways parking) (Experimental) Order 2016

This order prohibits parking on the verges of all adopted public roads in the villages of Scawby and Sturton. It is an experimental order for a period of 18 months from 18 November 2016.

The North Lincolnshire Borough Council (Various Roads) (Restricted/De-restricted Roads and Speed Limits) (Consolidation) Order 2013 (Various Roads, A161/B1392/
Crowle Area) (Amendment No.9) Order 2016

This order amends the speed limit on various roads in the Isle of Axholme including sections of the A161, B1392 and other roads in the Crowle area. The order came into operation on 2 December 2016.
