After the admission of pupils with Education Health and Care Plans where the school is named on the plan, the following criteria will be applied in the order set out below, to decide which children to admit.

  1. Looked after children and previously looked after children
  2. Children who live in the school’s catchment area
  3. Children who will have a sibling attending the school at the time of their admission
  4. Children who live closest to the school

Note: In 2019 the children who were not offered places were those in category 4 who lived further than 1.407 miles walking distance away from the school. In 2020 the children who were not offered places were those in category 4 who lived further than 0.841 miles walking distance away from the school. In 2021 the children who were not offered places were those in category 4 who lived further than 1.88 miles walking distance away from the school. In 2022 the children who were not offered places were those in category 4 who lived further than 1.821 miles walking distance away from the school. In 2023 the children who were not offered places were those in category 4 who lived further than 1.212 miles walking distance away from the school.
