Our Gyms

Our fully equipped, air conditioned gyms offer a range of Life Fitness equipment for everyone. You can choose from cardiovascular machines such as rowers, cycles, treadmills and steppers, resistance equipment including free weights or try our dedicated stretch areas with stability balls, medicine balls, body bars and more.

Before using our gyms it is a compulsory requirement you undertake a first visit with an instructor even if you have used another gym before. This enables our instructors to show you how to use the equipment and prescribe a thorough exercise programme designed specifically for your health and fitness needs.

 Our instructors are fully qualified and on hand to advise you on your fitness needs.

 We offer several membership packages to help keep you fit and active as well as saving you money. For further information visit our membership information page.

Spread over two floor, this 85 plus station gym is equipped with an extensive range of equipment that offers a total body workout. Each piece of equipment is designed to work specific areas of the body to improve muscle tone, strength and stamina.

Our gym offers:

53 pieces of cardio vascular equipment including rowers, tread mills, cross trainers, steppers & more
• 16 piece resistance circuit to tone, firm and strengthen
• dedicated free weight area with a range of equipment including smith machine, dual action pulleys, dumbbells from 2kg to 40kg and more
•  floor work and stretching zone
•  fully air-conditioned
• qualified experienced instructors

 Monday  7am to 10pm
 Tuesday  7am to 10pm

Junior gym sessions

If you are aged 11 to 16 years and want to get fit and have fun, our supervised junior gym sessions could be for you. The session includes a wide range of exercises including use of the cardio equipment, floor work and circuits with the emphasis on having fun and keeping fit.

Sessions at The Pods

  • Tuesday & Thursday 4.30pm to 5.30pm
  • Saturday 11am to 12pm

Parental consent forms are needed for all juniors, so please bring your parent on your first session.

Session price: £3.70   

Exercise referral

If you have a long-term medical conditions that affects your health and daily life, you may be eligible to join our Active Lincs Exercise Referral Scheme. This is a process where your GP or health professional refers you to the centre for a 10 week course of exercise to help improve your fitness, quality of life and to meet similar people. Please ask a member of the gym team for more information on this scheme.

Sessions are available: 

TP - Mondays 11am to 12pm

       Fridays 11am to 12pm

Cost: Adult 10 week course £34

         60+ 10 week course £31

Our spacious open plan 48 station gym, offers members a complete workout using a combination of cardio-vascular, resistance and free weight equipment. With iPod connectivity available when using the cardio-vascular you can plug-in a listen  to you're own music.

Our gym offers:  

• 26 pieces of cardio vascular equipment including rowers, tread mills, cross trainers, steppers & more
• 13 piece resistance circuit (including dual purpose machines) to tone, firm and strengthen
• dedicated free weight area with a range of equipment including smith machine, bench press, cable machine, dumbbells from 2kg to 40kg and more
•  floor work and stretching zone
•  fully air-conditioned
• qualified experienced instructors

Refurbished in 2015, the gym at Baysgarth is well equipped to need your fitness needs. It is light and airy with windows overlooking the park.

Our gym offers:

• 8 piece resistance circuit (including dual purpose machines) to tone, firm and strengthen
• dedicated free weight area with a Power Rack to accommodate your weight lifting needs, range of dumbbells from 2kg to 40kg and more
•  floor work and stretching zone

• qualified experienced instructors

  • Fridays 3.30pm to 4.30pm or 4.30pm to 5.30pm

A compact and versatile gym offering both cardio-vascular and resistance machines for a full body workout. Our friendly, qualified instructors are on hand to help motivate and advise you on your fitness needs.
