Group fitness classes at our leisure centres

With nearly 200 fitness classes across our five centres, we aim to cater for all fitness levels and ages. We offer a wide range of different classes from high energy to relaxation and well being.

Our group fitness programmes change every three months to keep them current and fresh and to reflect customer needs.

  • Community - our customers / members enjoy the social aspect of coming to a class with others just like yourself.

  • Sense of well-being - Group fitness classes can help relieve stress and make you feel better about yourself.

  • Prevent boredom - Great music and varying routines, plus a range of classes to choose from make it easier to stay focussed on achieving your fitness goals.

A booking card can be purchased from any of our leisure centres for £5 per year.

Please do not book classes if you are not certain you can attend them.

The minimum age for classes is 16 years of age.

All decisions are at the discretion of the management.

What if I can't make a class I have booked?

If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you must contact reception to cancel your place.

Class cancellations are required by 3pm for evening classes that day, so the place can be offered to another customer.

If you have booked a class and do not attend, you will be treated as a 'no show'. A 'no show' will incur a charge for that class, including health and fitness members.

Please ensure you check in for your class at reception or by using the kiosk, collect your receipt and are outside the studio at least five minutes before the class start time. If you haven't registered as attending, your place maybe given to another customer on the waiting list.

Repeated 'no shows' will result in you losing your advance booking rights.
