We are currently experiencing an issue with updating Council Tax account balances. Payments from Monday 5th June are not currently showing on the MyAccount service. We are working to resolve this problem and will update the balances as soon as possible.

Council Tax payment is calculated for the 1 April of each year, to cover the next 12 months. Bills are normally paid in 10 monthly instalments between April and January.
If you wish to pay your bill in full please pay by the first instalment date.
If you wish to pay half-yearly please ensure the first payment is made by the first instalment date and the second payment is made on or before 1 September.

When is payment due?
New payment arrangements are usually set up to be paid from the first of the month.
Amounts due should be received on or before the instalment date shown on the bill and notices will be issued if payments are not received by the due date. Failure to pay your bill may result in the instalment payment option being withdrawn.
Paying by Direct Debit gives you the choice of four payment dates - 1, 8, 15 or 22 of the month.
